Abstract Food crop security and is a challenge in the agricultural sector to produce quality healthy food products for consumption by community. The use of synthetic fungicides induce plant resistance negatively affects abundance diversity biological agents.Cellulose enzymes chitinase are capable lytic that degrade cell walls pathogenic fungi plants. This study aims isolate organic rice rhizosphere test their ability cellulase enzymes. Isolate using spread-plate method, while testing isolates producing cellulose CMC mediaand usingCDYA mediaadded with colloidal chitin. Penicillium sp. had highest enzyme Hydrolysis Capacity (HC) value 1.70 mm 1.19 chitinase, followed Paecilomyces an HC 1.52 cellulaseand 1.12 chitinase. Aspergillus was 1.10 1.04 mm, Trichoderma were 1.03 1.02 mm.
